(1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the documents and documents related to the examination conducted by the Commission shall remain confidential and the Commission shall not be obliged to make public such documents except upon the order of the court.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), examination-related documents or details as determined by the Commission may be given to the concerned person or made public or washed.
